Prophet Nuh A.S. and the Ark
In a land long ago, lived a kind and wise man named Nuh AS. Prophet Nuh AS was not like everyone else; he had a special connection with Allah and was chosen to guide the people to be good and kind.
But the people around Prophet Nuh had forgotten to be kind and were not listening to Allah’s words. They made poor choices, hurting each other and the earth. Prophet Nuh was very sad to see this and wanted to help them remember the right path.
Allah spoke to Prophet Nuh AS, telling him that a great flood was coming.
This flood would wash away everything that was not good. But, Allah had a plan to save all the good and kind things.
Prophet Nuh was to build a big boat, an ark, to save the believers and the animals.
Prophet Nuh worked very hard. Day after day, he built the ark, even though the people laughed at him.
They couldn’t understand why he was building such a huge boat on dry land. Prophet Nuh didn’t mind; he knew he had to trust Allah’s plan.
Finally, the ark was ready. It was big and strong, with lots of space for everyone who believed and for all the animals.
Prophet Nuh invited the people to join him, but only a few listened.
Those who believed followed him onto the ark, along with pairs of all the animals: the lions and the bunnies, the elephants and the butterflies, every kind of animal you could think of.
Then, just as Allah had said, the rain started to fall. It rained and rained like never before, and water covered everything.
But the ark was safe. It floated on the water, carrying Prophet Nuh, the believers, and the animals.
Inside the ark, it was cozy and warm. The animals were calm, and everyone took care of each other. Prophet Nuh showed them all how to have faith and patience, even when things seemed scary.
After many days, the rain stopped, and the sun came out again. The water slowly went away, and the ark came to rest on a mountain.
Prophet Nuh, the believers, and all the animals stepped out onto the land. It was fresh and new, ready for them to start again, making better choices and taking care of each other and the earth.
Prophet Nuh thanked Allah for protecting them and for the chance to begin anew. The story of Prophet Nuh teaches us to always have faith, to be patient, and to trust in Allah’s plan, even when we don’t understand it.
And so, every time we see a rainbow in the sky, we can remember the story of Prophet Nuh and the ark, and the promise of hope, patience, and new beginnings.
